All students who would like to participate in winter athletics must complete the Sway Impact Testing, if they haven't yet this school year. If you did this for a fall sport, you do not need to do it again. Follow these instructions to complete the testing:

Winter 2025 Sway Impact Testing Letter
Coach Sciarappa will be hosting a Bangor Middle School Softball Clinic this winter for any current 6-8th graders interested in playing in the Bangor School system. FREE admission and equipment can be provided. The clinics will take place in the William S Cohen Gymnasium on October 19th, November 9th, December 7th, January 11th, and February 8th.
